Also on Property

You know how you can buy little candy bars in a big bag and each candy bar has written on the lable "not for individual sale?"

Um.

How d'y'figure?

I mean, it's mine. If I want to sell it, it's my business.

I am suspecting now that those warnings are a ruse and I just might open up my own little individual candybar sales business.

Nah, they're to protect the manufacturer. There are so many legal requirements for what has to be printed on food wrappers that they can't possibly fit all the crap on those little things. Their one way out is that disclaimer. This is also why you have to buy a big bag of little candies at the supermarket. The only places where you can buy 'penny candies' are shops with labelling exemptions.
