Dogs were wild like most animals before people decided to domesticate them. Domesticated or not animals will always revert back to there basic instincts when needed. Dogs like most animals were here before man and will be here long after man is gone. So, who is the real dumbass in this equation?

NOT IF WE KILL THEM ALL FIRST!

There is zero evidence to support the theory that dogs were here before man. Nor is there any reason to believe that if man becomes extinct for whatever reason that whatever causes our extinction would not also cause canine extinction.
