A certain someone under the pseudonym "George Bush" made the following comment regarding my post on Greenpeace's criminal activity:

notice of intent to sue:

In your post, you claimed that greenpeace activists pleaded guilty to the charge of sailor mongering. In fact, they pleaded not guilty, asked for a jury trial, and have the trial set for May. Claiming that people who have pleaded not guilty to a charge in fact pleaded guilty to it constitutes libel.

Also, I did not claim that they, being the membership of Greenpeace, plead guilty I said that they admit that such activities are routine tactics at Greenpeace.

Now to get a little petty: You misused the past tense and used improper capitalization and punctuation.

You're not allowed to post a "notice of intent to sue" in the comments of my website. I'll accept a certified letter from an attorney. Thanks. Which brings me to the fact that you misrepresented yourself in my comments.

Ultimately, I see this comment for what it is: An attempt to intimidate me into changing or removing my post. I won't. This is a perfect example of the sort of bully-tactics for which I call these hippie groups to task.

So, anyway, let's welcome a new member of the cast of clowns to my Banned List:
